Sotomayor, CIA, the CBC, and more of a Nancy Nightmare! ahhhhh

Since I’ve been slow to update on here, I’ve decided to cover four subjects.

Sotomayor, an outstanding woman who has made great strides in her personal life to get to where she is now. While everyone will admit she has put a lot of effort into her life, many will additionally agree at she has said some things that are pretty controversial. We all know about the “Wise latina…” quote, but what does she mean? I can tell you, her words were not taken out of context, the way she worded the quote made it pretty impossible to mean anything different than what it obviously did.

Anyways, today was the first day of the confirmation hearings. It went good for both sides, though, the Democrats, surprise surprise, in the committee were present to take out the wet blanket and through it on the floor of the room.

Dianne Frankenstein (AKA Dianne Feinstein (D-CA)) was there to drop to her knees and face towards Mecca (AKA Sotomayor) and praise. Al Freaken (AKA Al Franken (D-MN)) was there to make known that he had finally arrived. Upchuck Schumer (AKA Charles Schumer (D-NY)) was there to take over the praising when Frankenstein got tired. Last, but not least, Crapsten Gillibrand (AKA Kristen Gillibrand (D-NY)) was also present to provide a sleep inducing speech that lasted longer than her allotted time.

It seemed like Republicans were the only ones there that looked like they knew what was supposed to happen at a confirmation hearing. Speeches are to be made that examine the variety of questions that will be asked of the nominee during the hearings. Democrats apparently thought that this was a scheduled get-together in order to say good things about a person that was about to receive a handsome award.

Next we move to the CIA. Apparently, Eric Holder wants to look at prosecuting former Bush administration officials for apparent broken laws, despite Obama’s opinion that we should move on and look forward.

Am I the only one that thinks that Holder’s eyes magically disappear into a dark abyss when he leans over?

It’s scary!!!! Anyways, this look at prosecutions is just an attempt to steer the public eye away from the Nancy Nightmare Pelosi fiasco that was taking place when she accused the CIA of “misleading” her. Also, it is an attempt to keep people from looking at how disastrous the health”care” bill would be.

Our Teleprompter in Chief Barack Obama even goes so far as to say “…don’t bet against us.” when it comes to the health”care” bill. Doesn’t it feel like he was really wanting to say “or else” at the end of that quote?

So, this leads me to the Congressional Black Corruption (AKA the Congressional Black Caucus or CBC). Charlie Strangle (AKA Charlie Rangel (D-NY)) is set to present the healthcare bill that would tax the rich and probably lead to a tax on the middle class too, simply because there aren’t enough rich people in this country to tax.

Next on is Nancy Nightmare Pelosi. The Republicans are expected to zero in again on Pelosi on the CIA issue again. This is coming about again because she made serious allegations against the CIA, ones that should not have been made by a very high ranking official. I think it is all the Botox that has gone to her head.
